While extreme workout can work temporary, you're losing Muscle which the scale drops but it also slows down your metabolism and overtime you gain it all back and then some.
It makes sense to do two things.
1. Get a personal trainer whose actually built a fitness franchise from clients results (and still runs it).
2. Find a pathway that has a 80% success rate and not 5% like extreme workouts.
As someone who may have spent lots of time and money in the past to lose weight you need things to be as safe and fool proof as possible. Your fitness program needs to work on the first try to keep your momentum going so you don't quit another fitness program swearing that you'll never try again.
As a coach it is our duty to help our clients be successful with as little risk as possible. Simply telling them to make yet another extreme workout with a 5% chance of succeeding and blaming them for all it’s issues is a complete joke.
I know if you implement this training effectively it will change your entire outlook on how you can easily and almost effortlessly LOSE 12, 24, 36 or even 48 inches whenever you want through this method.
